HR firm Penna Group has announced its £1.1m bid to acquire HR outsourcing firm Savile Group has been successful.

The bid was announced on 12 November, and has now been cemented as 75% of the shareholding in Savile has agreed to the offer which paid 7p for each share, which were valued at 3.25p.
Penna says planning and design of the new organisation will continue ahead of detailed implementation which will begin in January and be completed by 31 March.
