Thu, 21 Nov 2013Job site Employers Jobs, which has up to now only ever advertised roles with direct employers, has begun working with a select number of partner recruitment agencies.

Corporate client director Liam Kidd tells recruiter.co.uk that the change in policy has come about “from the demand from employers – we understand, and employers do now as well, that there’s a need for specialist, niche agencies”.

Within each sector Employers Jobs works, there are a maximum of two partner recruitment agencies for each specialist area. These agencies can advertise jobs on the site and will have a profile on the redesigned site, as well as being promoted by Employer Jobs.

Kidd also notes that already agencies within specialisms have passed each other work better suited to the other’s particular niche. “That collaboration, that’s how we want it working,” Kidd says.
