Education recruitment consultants at public sector recruiter Morgan Hunt have upped their game by completing a 12-week teaching qualification each.
Tue, 12 Nov 2013Education recruitment consultants at public sector recruiter Morgan Hunt have upped their game by completing a 12-week teaching qualification each.

The new qualification will allow the consultants to more stringently assess their candidates.

Having gained the Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector (PTLLS) certificate, further education consultants now require candidates for lecturing roles in Further Education (FE) colleges to deliver a half-hour class when registering.

Morgan Hunt says this allows them to gauge aspects such as the candidate’s subject knowledge, suitability, approach and cultural fit.
