Wareham told attendees at HRO Today Forum Europe in London that because of a need for “specialised interventions” in the recruitment life cycle, ‘360 recruitment’ was on its way out.

“It's less and less about core recruitment; it's fragmented beyond belief,” said Wareham.

Wareham said that rather than generalist recruiters, his need at PwC was for “talent sourcers, people who can map talent, project managers, and those who can hold the hand of senior candidates through the recruitment process”.
