REC adds DBS service Personnel Checks to business partner scheme

The Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC) has added Lancashire-based Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks firm Personnel Checks to its panel of business partners.

The partnership sees the creation of a free helpline for REC members, and Personnel Checks will also offer special deals to members

Personnel Checks is the sister company of hospitality, finance and legal recruiter Cummins Mellor Recruitment, which has been an REC member for several years.

The DBS is a non-departmental public body of the Home Office and licenses 4,000 registered bodies across the UK, through which it works with end users.
