The implementation will see City & Guilds gain an enhanced careers portal and a more interactive candidate experience, as well promote vacancies through its own Facebook page using the iCams Facebook app.

City & Guilds will use iCams both for external and internal hiring.

The organisation operates in 80 countries globally, with regional offices in nine countries, working alongside a London head office.
