The government’s national workplace pension scheme NEST is working with the Association of Labour Providers (ALP) to help labour providers and employers in the food and agricultural sectors navigate their automatic enrolment duties.

As part of the commitment to their members, NEST and ALP are running a series of seminars to help employers in the recruitment and agriculture sectors navigate their duties.
Richard Bartlett, head of market development at NEST, says: “Research shows that only 15% of small employers are able to correctly identify the types of workers who need to be assessed for automatic enrolment. It is information gaps like these that we want to help employers understand.”
