Previously working for recruitment firm Matchtech, Martin won the 2012 edition of the TV business/talent show, setting up Hyper Recruitment Solutions in partnership with Lord Sugar later that year.

He has also started a new monthly column in Recruiter, which you can read on p14 of the August edition of the magazine, out this week. The first column, in last month's edition, can be seen via our digital pageturner or in text-only form.
