Wed, 3 Jul 2013Industrial labour supplier gap personnel has taken on Midlands-based worker specialist MI Promotions to provide safety clothing, including high-vis jackets, protective gear, gloves and footwear to its temporary workers.

The sole-supply agreement follows a pilot in the Midlands, with branch managers and consultants across the gap group now having access to what the company calls an “an Amazon-style online store” built by MI.

gap places around 7,000 temps a week and supplied over 1,200 clients last year.

• Meanwhile, gap personnel’s automotive industry recruitment arm gearshift has attained associate membership of the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders.
