Multi-disciplinary search firm Pure Search says it is looking to strengthen its European and international business with the acquisition of financial markets headhunter Correlate Search.

Pure is already active in the Asian market and has offices in Hong Kong (since 2006) and Singapore (opening in 2012) alongside its London HQ, while Correlate’s footprint also extends to the Middle East.
Correlate will trade as a division of its new parent company, but retains its brand. It was founded in London in 1994 as part of talent and recruitment firm Alexander Mann Solutions.
Correlate will be led by existing staff Gavin Bonnet and Simon Head, while Stafford Bent, James Gardner, Kumar Gidvani and Matthew Hutchin also remain with the business.
