Wed, 24 Jul 2013Recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) firms Ochre House and Pinstripe, respectively headquartered in the UK and the US, have combined to form a larger company, building on a strategic partnership in place since 2009.

This deal was enabled by financial investments from both leadership teams and from private equity firm Accel-KKR.

The two companies, alongside Carmichael Fisher and TAAHEED, subsidiaries of Ochre House acquired in 2012, “will continue to operate independently in the regions they currently serve, with integration viewed as a future state”, according to an Ochre House statement.

Pinstripe founder and chief executive officer Sue Marks takes on the CEO role for the new, combined company, while Ochre House managing director Chris Hermannsen and CEO Sue Brooks will be executive vice presidents.

Brooks commented: “By bringing Pinstripe and Ochre House together, clients gain deeper access to our greatest asset: our locally based talent experts across the globe.”

Combined, the companies have 767 employees and serve 88 clients in 43 countries around the world.
