O’Sullivan takes on new Rethink Group role

Talent management, recruitment and technology services company, The Rethink Group, has appointed John O’Sullivan as interim non-executive chairman with immediate effect.

O’Sullivan, who was already a non-executive director of ther company, replaces John Sadiq, who has decided to step down after eight years in the role.
O’Sullivan has 28 years' experience in the recruitment sector having held senior roles at Ajilon (UK) (trading as Computer People), Best International Group and Spring Group. He also runs Elite Leaders, the peer-to-peer learning and development group for recruitment business owners.
Among O’Sullivan’s tasks will be to lead the search for a permanent replacement for Sadiq.
