Executive search firm Kilpatrick International is to open an office in Dhaka, the capital of Bangladesh, on Monday (8 July).
The operation will be led by Abdullah Al Maher, who joined the firm in April. He has two decades of clothing and fashion manufacturing experience.
Kilpatrick chief executive officer Jacob Hoekstra says: “Bangladesh is a big challenge for us, but also a huge opportunity to be the first mover in a 160m people country with a GDP growth of 6.75% year-on-year.”
Headquartered in Romania, the company also has offices in Italy, the Netherlands and the UK, and is part of the International Executive Search Federation.
