Broadcasting joint venture YouView has expanded and extended for a further year its recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) contract with recruitment solutions firm cph.

This comes after an initial deal was signed in September last year between the recruitment company and YouView, which is a subscription-free, on-demand TV service, a joint venture between some of the UK’s biggest broadcasters (including the BBC, Channel 4, Channel 5 and ITV) and broadband internet companies.
YouView will now hand responsibility for hiring and managing contractors to cph.
According to cph managing director Jerry Wright, every single YouView hire in the past year has come through the RPO.
