Exec recruiter Pedersen pursues Peru success with Lima office

Global executive search firm Pedersen & Partners has opened a new office in Lima, the capital of Peru, its third in Latin America alongside Brazilian and Colombian bases.

The office is being led by Cecilia Ibarra, who was business relations manager at educational publisher Grupo Santillana before joining Pedersen, and has also previously worked for technology firms AT&T Latin America, Microsoft Peru and Nextel.
This brings the Pedersen network to a total of 50 wholly-owned offices in 47 countries. Its most recent expansion came in taking over of Austrian search firm Rantasa Consulting in March.
