Europe-wide recruiter USG People has acquired 51% of the shares of Adver-Online, an online job communications and recruitment campaigns specialist.

USG says the moves is “another step in improving its online proposition”, in particular its online HR services, through Adver-Online’s HROffice application.

The acquired company will immediately contribute to USG earnings, the company says.

The company earlier this month sold a number of its divisions to rival recruiter Randstad.
