Logistics recruiter Templine Employment Agency has bought Ashby-de-la-Zouch, Leicestershire-based A&A Recruitment.

The founders and former owners of A&A, Angela Masters – formerly chair of the Recruitment & Employment Confederation – and Antoinette Poyser, have now left the business, a source at A&A tells Recruiter.

The deal expands the Templine branch network to 27 outlets nationwide and follows the acquisition in September 2012 of two 247 Staff branches.

Since a management buy-out in 2007, Templine has been backed by private equity house Key Capital Partners.

Templine was the UK’s fourth fastest-growing industrial, logistics and construction recruiter on Recruiter’s 2013 FAST 50 list of the fastest-growing private recruitment businesses in the UK, produced in association with mergers and acquisitions advisers Boxington Corporate Finance.
