Recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) provider cph has hired David Miller as its talent & resourcing manager, responsible for all internal recruitment, training, development and resource management.

He joins from Adecco where he was responsible for internal recruitment across a number of the group’s division including RPO brand Hyphen.

Lesley Taylor, cph’s service delivery director, says the company’s talent needs are evolving as it moves into new sectors including healthcare and retail.

Contract wins secured in 2013 by the company include surgical products and services provider Mölnlycke Health Care and UK manufacturers association EEF.
