Wed, 22 May 2013Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust has implemented the SMART rostering solution from Cloud workforce management solutions firm Kronos.

The rosters ensure accurate records of shifts worked and highlight gaps in rotas, allowing staff to be deployed as necessary and, according to Kronos, reducing the need for agency staff.
