Germany’s federal employment agency (Bundesagentur für Arbeit, BA) is launching toll-free customer service telephone numbers tomorrow (1 June).

Germany’s federal employment agency (Bundesagentur für Arbeit, BA) is launching toll-free customer service telephone numbers tomorrow (1 June).

According to BA itself, it is the largest provider of labour market services in the country, with a network of over 700 agencies and branch offices nationwide.

Chief executive officer Raimund Becker says: “This is for us an important step towards more customer-friendly service.”
