Held for the first time last year, in association with Recruiter magazine, the 2013 YourFoodJob People Awards are back to celebrate exceptional work in HR, recruitment and resourcing in the food and beverage industry.

Taking place on Wednesday, 6 November at Manchester’s Lowry Hotel, the deadline to submit your entry online for this prestigious occasion is Wednesday, 31 July.

Yourfoodjob.com was established in 2006, and is the leading online recruitment portal for the industry, with over 1,000 positions live across the UK and globally at any one time.

Following the success of the inaugural 2012 Awards, there are now 15 categories to choose from, a rise from 11 last year, including new categories for ‘Rising star of the year’ and Sector Excellence Awards across several specialisms.

YFJ investor Stephen Jones says: “The inaugural event was a great success – a real celebration of people talent in the food and drink sector. This year promises to be an even bigger occasion with double the entrants and participants.

“The food and drink industry is the largest employer in UK Plc and we are delighted to be able to recognise and honour those individuals and the company’s who set the standard for HR best practice and talent management.”
