Virtual outplacement provider Careerminds has made Sabrina Basht its new chief executive officer, promoted from the role of chief client champion she held for two years at the firm.

She was previously managing director of the mobile payments unit at Barclaycard US.

Current CEO and company founder Raymond Lee continues to serve the company as chief product officer.
