Capita acquires learning provider KnowledgePool

KnowledgePool works with a number of household name firms including Ford and Lloyds Banking Group, offering three core services of supplier management, training administration and learning consultancy.

In Capita’s 2012 annual report, released earlier this week, it recorded spending £178m in the past year on a total of 14 acquisitions. The report said the company saw “many attractive opportunities for bolt-on acquisitions and we therefore expect our acquisition activity in 2013 to be at similar levels to 2012”.
