Staffline directors sell shares to investors

Two directors of recruitment and outsourcing firm Staffline have sold a total of 100,000 shares in the business, equivalent to 0.43% of the company’s share capital, at an average price of £3.92 per share.

Chief executive officer Andy Hogarth and finance director Tim Jackson sold their 50,000 shares apiece in response to institutional demand, with the shares placed with institutional investors procured by the group’s broker Liberum Capital.

Hogarth’s stake in the company stands at 8.8% on completion of the deal.
