Recruiters across the land danced their hearts out and have spent the last couple of weeks in nervous anticipation of the result of our Recruiter Harlem Shake competition.

Alongside announcing our winner today, we have to thank technical recruiter Gold Group, whose input helped us come to the idea of running such a competition. While their entry was pretty good in our opinion, they were not the winners in the end…

That accolade goes to LinkedIn Dublin for one of the most packed Recruiter Harlem Shakes we’ve seen – and they win two tickets to this year’s Recruiter Awards for Excellence 2013, sponsored by Eploy!

Chris Murphy, a recruitment solutions specialist at LinkedIn who features in their Shake, tells Recruiter: “Bringing cats into the office is usually frowned upon so, when Harlem Shake came around, we saw our best opportunity for YouTube fame. It’s amazing what you can achieve with a couple of Big Bird fancy dress masks.

“We’d like to congratulate our fellow finalists on their spectacular efforts,” he magnanimously concludes.

See below for a full compilation of the brave and fleet-footed recruiters who stepped up to the plate:
