Delivery skills are the top priority for employers who are hiring in-house recruiters right now as they create or build their own recruitment teams, according to specialist recruiter Aspen In-house.

Such recruiters would command salaries roughly in the range of £35-45k and have at least one in-house role under their belts.

Unfortunately, the picture is less bright at the moment for in-house recruiters at either end of the experience and leadership spectrum, as Aspen founder Andrew Mountney recently told Recruiter
