The Association of Canadian Search, Employment and Staffing Services (ACSESS) has announced its national board of directors for 2013-14.

It will be led by Neil Smith, president and chief executive officer of recruitment, consulting and outsourcing firm CTS North America in the role of ACSESS president.

He takes over from Bryan Toffey, who sits in the role of immediate past president. He is the vice president for Canada at technical and professional staffing firm Aerotek.
