Professional and trades recruitment agency 2B Interface has launched a nationwide franchise scheme.

Under the scheme, franchisees acquire rights to lead a 2B Interface-branded recruitment agency with exclusivity in an agreed geography.

The firms will also have operational, HR, brand and other assistance from 2B Interface, and be connected to its customer relationship management (CRM) and IT and management systems.

Beatrice Bartlay, managing director for 2B Interface, says that the scheme has taken two years to prepare for launch and draws upon her 10 years of industry experience.

Franchisees will pay one-off fees of £45k and it is anticipated they will need a minimum of £5k in working capital.
