An Oxford college has been under fire this week after the news that a librarian was sacked from her job for not preventing the execution of a Harlem Shake – quite the opposite attitude we would encourage at Recruiter.

Over the past few weeks, we have been encouraging recruitment and resourcing teams to do the Recruiter Harlem Shake – and posting your excellent efforts on our tumblr feed.

We’d hope that recruitment bosses wouldn’t follow the trend set by St Hilda’s College, whose decision to relieve the improbably-named Calypso Nash of her duties has provoked such fury that Parliament has even got involved – with maverick MP George Galloway tabling an early day motion on Wednesday of this week with demanding Nash be reinstated.

Click for details on how to submit your Shake – just check it’s not a sackable offence first.
