The vast majority (90%) of 400 recruiters from across the globe in a recent survey predict their fees will remain steady or increase in coming months, compared to levels seen in the last six months.

Overall, only 11% of respondents had a negative outlook for the next six months, according to the survey undertaken by international recruitment network NPA Worldwide.

A quarter of those surveyed (27%) reported worse conditions for business in the last 180 days, with 44% saying conditions had improved, and 40% suggesting they expect their market to get more competitive in the near future.

As reported by Recruiter last year, NPA is working with UK recruitment association The Employment Agents Movement (TEAM) on membership tie-ups for mutual benefit.
