Genuent, a Houston, Texas-based IT recruitment firm, has acquired IT staffing and project delivery services provider The OCJ Group.

OCJ managing director and founder of The OCJ Group, Mark Brenner, comments: “Through the support of Genuent and the entire Willis Group family, the marriage of our two companies will enable The OCJ Group to expand beyond our greatest expectations.”

Genuent is a subsidiary of the Willis Group of service companies, whose chair Mike Willis says the acquisition is part of the group’s “tradition of strategic growth within the IT talent acquisition space”.
