FINANCIALS: InterQuest fees down slightly in re-structuring year

IT recruiter InterQuest Group saw revenues drop 7% across the 2012 to £112.7m, while net fee income (NFI) declined by the slight margin of 2% to £16.4m, with the firm making a £100k loss in the year.

IT recruiter InterQuest Group saw revenues drop 7% across the 2012 to £112.7m, while net fee income (NFI) declined by the slight margin of 2% to £16.4m, with the firm making a £100k loss in the year.
The year also saw the firm “restructure all of our core businesses into specialist niche focused divisions by either technology or industry specialisation”. The company statement notes that Singaporean office, which opened in late 2011, “has given us a solid platform for future growth in that market”. However, the company adds that its new London-based international desk “did not deliver upon expectations”.
Last year, the revenues rose by 8% year-on-year. Full results are to be made available via the recruitment firm's website.
