Thu, 7 Mar 2013Background screening technology provider Accurate Background has launched a bilingual online candidate checking tool, allowing recruiters to deal with jobseekers using languages other than English – with French Canadian the first language included.

The firm’s new product, part of an ongoing translation scheme, sees its technology analyse a candidate’s address and automatically identify potential language options for translation.

The candidate can then select the language of their choice, and web-based technology will automatically translate the data and information in their application, as well as any email communication coming to them during the screening process.

The US firm is promising that multiple languages will be released through 2013, following in the footsteps of French Canadian.
