Lefebvre acquires Cezanne Software for European expansion

Lefebvre Software, a French software firm, has acquired HR and talent management solutions provider Cezanne Software.

Cezanne’s products will sit within Lefebvre’s Talentia software offering, which includes HR and payroll solutions.
“Today we are starting a significant new phase that will increase our visibility in Italy, UK and Spain, and open up new markets for us in Portugal, Greece and the Americas,” says Lefebvre Software's chief executive officer, Viviane Chaine-Ribeiro.
Incorporating Cezanne Software, the Talentia business has 430 employees across eight countries and will support 3,700 customers worldwide.
