ChinaHR.com acquired by Dublin’s Saongroup

Chinese recruitment group ChinaHR.com has been acquired by Dublin-based recruiter Saongroup.

The company was previously owned by job board operator Monster Worldwide, which will maintain a 10% stake in a new Chinese recruitment venture that combines the respective Chinese businesses of Monster and Saongroup.
Monster’s last quarter results also show the company exiting its Brazil, Mexico and Turkey operations.
