Not-for-profit and charity recruitment agency TPP has opened an office in Newcastle to complement its current London headquarters.

According to the firm, while most national charities are based in London, recent years have seen a growing trend within the third sector towards the decentralisation of charity operations.

The new office will recruit staff in the North-East, North-West, Yorkshire & Humber regions as well as Scotland.

TPP’s Newcastle base is headed by regional recruitment manager Ellen Drummond, who has been with the firm since 2007.
