Demand for highly qualified professionals remains consistently high in Russia, according to a survey by Antal Russia and Antal International.

The survey found that approximately 63% of companies were looking for middle and senior managers in December 2012, and 62% plan to hire at managerial level over the first quarter of 2013. 

The most in-demand specialists are sales and marketing managers, with around 60% of companies intending to hire these professionals in 2013, with the highest demand for managers in the pharmaceutical, manufacturing and banking sectors.
