Staffing group Impellam has appointed Lincoln Jopp MC – a recipient of the Military Cross after 26 years’ service in the British Army – as a non-executive director.

Previously commanding officer of the 1st Battalion Scots Guards, a strategic planner at the Ministry of Defence and assistant head of its Strategy Unit, an Impellam statement notes he is also currently a non-exec director of Thames Ditton Sports and Squash Club.
