Staffing specialist Empresaria has acquired the remaining 10% of shares in Japanese IT recruiter Skill House Staffing Solutions (Skillhouse).

Empresaria will “discussions are ongoing with the senior managers of Skillhouse to implement an equity incentive plan for the next stage of growth”.

Skillhouse generated profits equating to £8.1m in 2011.

Last October, Empresaria also took full ownership in the Headway group of recruitment companies originally bought by its German subsidiary in 2007.
