Temporary labour procurer de Poel has appointed Charles Gray to the role of sales and marketing director.

He reports directly to managing director Joe Tully, having previously spent 11 years at logistics provider and consultancy Unipart Group in the same role.

During his time with Unipart, the firm broadened its reach from initially focusing solely on the automotive industry to becoming a logistics and lean consultancy services company working across various areas in the private and public sector.
