Change Group appoints international ops manager and consultants

International recruiter Change Recruitment Group has appointed an international operations manager for the first time, while five new consultants also joined the firm’s international accountancy and finance teams.

International recruiter Change Recruitment Group has appointed an international operations manager for the first time, while five new consultants also joined the firm’s international accountancy and finance teams.

Stephanie Caro steps into the new international ops role, where she will be responsible for developing the firm’s international division. She joins from Reed, where she was executive business manager for Scotland, the North East of England and Belfast.

The five new consultants are Claire Enrenaz, Karin Lorimer, Lin Lu, Lindsey McBride and Laurie Pook.

French-bron Encrenaz was previously working in Geneva, where she managed export trade for the maritime industry for the past five years.

Lorimer joins from financial services firm Morgan Stanley, having previously worked for Hays recruitment consultancy and recruited for banking giant Santander.

Lu has relocated from Shanghai, where she has worked in both MBA student recruitment and as a consultant for Michael Page. She will assist with the expansion of the business in the Asia-Pacific market.

McBride arrives from Nuparc in Glasgow, where she specialised in oil & gas recruitment.

Pook joins from recruitment consultants Reed, and is fluent in Spanish.
