Supply chain, manufacturing and procurement recruiter Pod Talent has taken on Lucy Morgan as a partner responsible for building the manufacturing and logistics divisions.

With six years of recruitment industry experience, she moves to Pod Talent, which was founded six months ago, from search firm Exsurgo, where she was an associate director.
