Interim management provider Russam GMS has entered into a formal alliance with X-PM, a French provider of performance management, corporate development and executive and interim recruitment services.

Through this exclusive relationship, Russam GMS will provide senior level interims specialising in change management and transformation into X-PM’s global client base, giving X-PM an additional service for its clients seeking interims for short-term transformation projects.

This partnership follows the launch of Russam GMS's international division, Russam International, in March this year to meet the growing demand for British interim managers to work in international businesses overseas.
