Bucaille gets headline talent role at Condé Nast

Thomas Bucaille has been appointed to the newly-created role of director of talent for international media firm Condé Nast International, which publishes Vogue, Glamour and Vanity Fair magazines along with branded websites in 26 markets globally.

Thomas Bucaille has been appointed to the newly-created role of director of talent for international media firm Condé Nast International, which publishes Vogue, Glamour and Vanity Fair magazines along with branded websites in 26 markets globally.

Stepping into the role in January, Bucaille will be the organisation's senior executive for human resources matters, reporting to chairman and chief executive Jonathan Newhouse. He will be based in London.

He comes to the firm from luxury fashion brand Christian Dior Couture, where he was worldwide HR director since 2005, having spent most of his career previously at cosmetics producers L'Oréal, where he held a number of managerial and HR posts in Hong Kong, Singapore and the UK.

The Frenchman started out his career as a daily newspaper reporter.
