Agnew takes APAC talent role at Philips

Alan Agnew has been appointed head of talent acquisition ASEAN [Association of South East Asian Nations] & Pacific at electronics firm Philips.

Alan Agnew has been appointed head of talent acquisition ASEAN [Association of South East Asian Nations] & Pacific at electronics firm Philips.

He moves from another role in the same region at oil firm BP, where he was head of talent and resourcing for the eastern hemisphere, and previously was HR director for Hong Kong, Singapore and the Middle East at insurers Aviva.

He tells Recruiter that a key objective in the new role at Philips “is to personalise our employment brand”.
