As Jamie White, creative director at advertising agency Blackbridge Communications, and Paul Maxin, global resourcing director at FMCG group Unilever, say in the below video, tonight’s inaugural YourFoodJobs.com People Awards, in association with Recruiter, are a celebration of industry creativity.

Both judges for the awards, White was asked what stood out for him among 10 hotly-contested categories in the awards, being held in Manchester tonight, while Maxin was asked which category stood out for him in the video below the advert.
