Outsourcing firm Capita has been selected, subject to final approval, as preferred bidder to deliver the London Borough of Barnet's new support and customer service organisation (NSCSO). 

In a statement to the London Stock Exchange, the company says the contract “is expected to be worth approximately £320m over 10 years”, and will subsequently issue further details as appropriate.
