UK Trade & Investment (UKTI) has launched its Open to Export service, a free online tool advising and guiding small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) on exporting overseas.
The service has been launched in partnership with digital services provider hibu, formerly Yell Group, and supports Prime Minister David Cameron’s target of doubling export receipts to £1trn by 2020, according to trade and investment minister Lord Green.
He adds that half the UK’s exports by value already come from SMEs.
