Rec-to-rec firm Vanquish Recruitment has appointed Laura Dutton as a director.

She has 10 years of recruitment experience, most recently with rec-to-rec firms Lothbury Recruitment and Spencer Harrington, and was previously internal recruitment manager at City recruiter Astbury Marsden.

Dutton will look to build the experienced rec-to-rec offering for technology recruiters in the UK and overseas.

The company has also appointed Will Goodliffe as a research consultant to support its senior team across the tax, legal and HR recruitment sectors.
