Professional services company Towers Watson has appointed Arvinder Dhesi to lead its UK talent and organisation practice.

Dhesi has over 20 years’ HR and customer-facing experience, joining from RBS where he was group HR director for talent from August to November 2011.
He previously worked with insurers Aviva, and food and drinks brand Mars.
Dhesi says: “In recent years companies have made huge strides in all areas of HR, including talent management, communications, diversity, learning and development, engagement, reward and executive compensation.
“Our clients now want all of these elements to be more joined up and in support of strategic business goals, and my role is to help them integrate these specialist areas in a way that delivers long-term business benefits.”
